Anubhav takes you on a mystical excursion exploring the emotions and philosophy of India through Bharatanatyam, a classical dance style from the temples of South India, delivered by talented youth and a senior dancer. Explore it in a workshop led by the Deepa Ganesh, Artisitc Director of Upasana, on the 4th July and enjoy the performance on 5th July.

Deepa Ganesh:
'The show along with the workshop will fascinate and demystify the rhythm, mime and storytelling used in Bharatanatyam to search the inner divinity.'

Mythili Prakash, a dynamic young artist, displays the beauty, grandeur and eternal relevance of the ancient art form of *Bharatanatyam dance form of India. She is considered one of the most accomplished young Bharatanatyam dancers in the world today and has performed extensively in the UK, USA and India.*an ancient classical temple dance from the state of Tamil Nadu in South India.
